The Little Fish Store Stratford has arrived! We offer a variety of top quality products and freshwater pets here at The Little Fish Store. Visit us at 266 Huron Street, Stratford to see our selection of aquariums, filters, fish food, decorations and more. We rotate our stock weekly and are open to requests. If you don’t see something this week, or we are out of stock, rest assured we should be able to get it in for you the following week!
We carry a wide selection of freshwater community, semi-aggressive, and aggressive fish. Some of the common fish you’ll see in our store in Stratford are bettas, platies, guppies, gourami’s, loaches, barbs, tetras, rasboras, community cichlids, lobsters, bichirs, catfish and sharks.
We also pride ourselves on carrying pest-free aquatic plants like bamboo, hydroponic pothos, and 1-2-3 grow invitro plants. We offer our pothos in small, medium, and large sized vines.
The Little Fish Store also offers natural aquarium decorations in the form of aquarium safe crystals and geodes, driftwood vines, and other aquarium safe wood. We also offer a range of substrates and unique fish décor for your tank and style.

About Us
After being gifted a 26-gallon bowfront aquarium in the spring of 2020, our love for the aquarium hobby began to grow. The aquarium was nostalgic for both of us as we remembered aquariums from our childhoods. We filled this tank with weather loaches, platies, mollies, and tetras. After a short while, we realized that the fish we had were going to outgrow their space, so we upgraded to a 45-gallon tank. The 45-gallon quickly grew into three additional 10-gallon aquariums, and then a 5-gallon aquarium, after the livebearers in our main tank began to rapidly reproduce.
Through the process of filling these tanks, we discovered a gap in the market for purchasing healthy fish, as well as adequately maintained tanks. We found ourselves discouraged at the amount of unhealthy living conditions many of the fish were being kept in. As a result we were often travelling out of town, trying different stores in hopes of finding quality freshwater fish for our tanks. It was here that we knew we had to provide an alternative within the market, and The Little Fish Store was born. We are dedicated to quality care and humane treatment of the fish we sell and you can feel comfort in the fact that you are purchasing quality livestock.
